The Crossings is a single-story community

William Lyon Homes reported strong summertime sales at The Crossings, an all single-story gated neighborhood in the midst of its third phase of construction in the northwestern valley.

According to sales agent Charlotte Bell, the neighborhood located near North Jones Boulevard and Horse Drive has appealed to buyers seeking an single-story residence on oversized home sites measuring as large as a half acre.

"Our home buyers have been impressed by the fact that The Crossings is a gated neighborhood of all single-story residences and our peaceful location in the northwestern valley with the Sheep Mountain range in the background," Bell said.

"Everyone who has toured our models has loved our floor plan designs. The universal popularity of single-story living is enhanced by our dynamic floor plan designs that measure more than 3,000 square feet and homesites that measure up to a half-acre in size."

The gated neighborhood features three floor plans measuring from 2,652 to 3,068 square feet and priced from $268,000.

Also modeled at the neighborhood are the Plan Two and Plan Three designs. With 2,843 square feet, Plan Two offers four bedrooms and 2½ baths while Plan Three features four bedrooms and 3½ baths. Both include a courtyard entry and options for a den. An oversized "super bedroom" is available in Plan Two. All plans feature interior courtyards and outdoor living spaces.

The Commons features three two-story designs that range from 2,254 to 2,727 square feet and are priced from the $190,000s.
