The Vistas village of Summerlin is in final phase

More than a dozen home floor plans are available in Kingwood, the final neighborhood selling in The Vistas village of Summerlin.

Kingwood Knoll by Ryland Homes offers seven home floor plans that range from 1,515 to 2,224 square feet with prices starting in the upper $200,000s.

Kingwood Crossing by William Lyon Homes features four floor plans that range from 1,948 to 2,737 square feet and are priced from the upper $300,000s.

Crown Series at Kingwood by R/S Development also offers four home floor plans that range from 2,426 to 3,158 square feet and are priced starting in the low $400,000s.

According to Julie Cleaver, vice president of design and development for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin, The Vistas village is one of Summerlin's most popular villages developed to date.

"The European-inspired architecture, entry clock towers, village amenities, location and streetscapes combine to create one of our most picturesque villages in Summerlin," she said.

The Vistas is 28 neighborhoods covering over 800 acres. Linda Givens Elementary School and Vista Commons, a 100,000-square-foot Albertsons-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located close to the village. There are miles of walking trails and three major parks: South Tower Park, North Tower Park and The Vistas Community Park.

The village is developed around a nearly 4-mile loop with a meandering trail, which is one of the village's most popular amenities.
