n The Rainbow Company Youth Theatre plans to present "Charlotte's Web" Friday through Oct. 16 at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. n Nevada West Fest is scheduled for Oct. 12-16 at the Henderson Pavilion, 200 S. Green Valley Parkway. Organizers plan to capture the state fair experience by offering carnival rides, midway games, zip lines, haunted houses and food vendors from 3 to 10 p.m. Oct. 12-14 and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Oct. 15-16.
