Tivoli Village announces 11 new tenants
Just in time for the holiday season, Tivoli Village has announced 11 new tenants, the largest addition since the project's opening in April.
New merchants in the outdoor shopping center at 302 S. Rampart Blvd. include Pandora, which came on board in November. It carries hand-finished and modern jewelry made from genuine materials.
"It's affordable luxury," said Heather Houston, the store's director of marketing and community affairs. "Each piece is unique, just like the woman who wears it."
The 1,200-square-foot shop includes a VIP room for taking appointments, booking girlfriend parties and private showings. Pandora has other stores along the Strip and at McCarran International Airport. Houston said the brand targeted the Summerlin area because of the setting and synergy of the shopping and dining environment.
BluNoir carries women's neo-vintage apparel and accessories with an extensive range of brands imported from France and England, as well as other European countries. The store mixes fashion, art, music and culture for distinctive items.
Shopping demands refueling. Bottles + Burgers by Double Helix is the newest eatery at Tivoli Village. It features burgers, sandwiches and salads.
"It's gourmet comfort food," said Raymond Nisi, one of the three partners.
The eatery is about 5,000 square feet, including terraces outside, and seats roughly 200.
There is an old-fashioned ice cream bar and soda fountain juxtaposed with Double Helix's private label wines.
"We're featuring a half bottle format of wine, something most restaurants don't do," Nisi said. "With half bottles, it's always fresh ... and it's economical for the customer."
The Strand is a restaurant with a cocktail lounge and live entertainment. It features couture cocktails and small plate dishes.
Would-be chefs will find Cucina Olive Oil has that special ingredient that makes a salad pop. Its assortment of award-winning olive oils are from both hemispheres. Also available are high-quality infused balsamic vinegars.
Brookstone is well-known for innovative products. The nationwide specialty retailer offers an assortment of hard-to-find items that are functional in purpose.
There's not just shopping at Tivoli Village. DavidBartonGym, a 31,000-square-foot health club, plans its opening for January. For membership information, call 303-3353.
Sklar Williams LLP is a law firm that represents companies doing business in Nevada. The firm focuses on transactional and commercial matters. Alan Sklar, founder, said Tivoli Village was a natural fit.
"There are obviously many choices available to tenants in the market, including some with lower pricing, but every time we considered an alternative, our thoughts returned to this project," he said. "We chose Tivoli for many reasons: its extraordinary design and tremendous craftsmanship in the execution of that design, Summerlin-area location with easy freeway access to the courthouses and mixed-use character, giving us a wide range of restaurant options without ever leaving our property."
Come spring, Tivoli Village will see more additions, including Kabuki Japanese Restaurant, which also has a location at Town Square Las Vegas.
Parmida Home, also set to open in spring 2012, is a leading retailer of affordable home luxuries -- furniture, décor, kitchen, bath and entertaining accessories.
Summerlin Dental offers a state-of-the-art private dental practice offering progressive dental care in an unimposing environment.
Tivoli Village also offers Wine Away Wednesday events, the fresh52 Farmers Market on weekends and other special events.
To go along with holiday shopping, Santa will make appearances at Tivoli Village this month, up until Christmas. For times and dates of appearances, visit tivolivillagelv.com.
