Toll Brothers opens Savona in northwest

By the end of the summer, Toll Brothers will open a trio of new-home neighborhoods in the Las Vegas area.

The nation’s only two-time Builder of the Year opened Savona this month. By June, it will debut Santaluz in Summerlin, and release new-home sites at Inspirada in Henderson later this summer.

Now selling is the gated enclave of Savona, featuring single-story residences on half-acre homesites in the northwest Las Vegas Valley. The neighborhood has 64 homes in the Wyndham and Pembroke designs, which measure 3,170 and 3,600 square feet.

Home shoppers can view the Wyndham model at this Saturday’s Dusty Shoe event.

Both functional floor plans showcase four bedrooms and three full baths and three-car garages, plus recreational vehicle access. Home prices start from the mid-$400,000s.

Santaluz in the Summerlin offers three single-level models behind the gates of The Paseos village. They range from 2,495 to 2,873 square feet, and have views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding Spring Mountains. The homes have as many as four bedrooms and three-car garages. Anticipated pricing is from the $400,000s.

Inspirada is the builder’s only community in Henderson. It offers single-family and townhome designs.

A trio of two-story, single-family designs offer as many as five bedrooms with covered patios, and all are Energy Star rated. Anticipated prices begin from the mid-$200,000s.

Inspirada Townhomes has two-story home designs, measuring as much as 1,908 square feet. Plans for a new townhome design, the Montellano Collection, will be unveiled this summer. Home pricing starts from the high $100,000s.

Residents and guests have access to a private clubhouse, two pools, a recreation center, outdoor amphitheater and barbecue areas. It is located near the Strip.
