Toll Brothers to hold open house today at clubhouse

The public is invited to the Toll Brothers at Inspirada Clubhouse open house in Henderson to be held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today.

Toll Brothers at Inspirada features five collections of single-family, townhome and condominium home designs. The Clubhouse, situated at the community's hub, is exclusive to residents and their guests.

Located near the front entrance is the all-purpose community room designed for meetings and special events. It has a full kitchen and may be set up theater-style for large groups or with tables and chairs for a more casual meeting. The nearby multi-media lounge is designed for casual gathering of residents with couches and a big screen TV.

The fitness center has free weights and cardio equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, cycles and reclining bikes.

The new clubhouse also has two swimming pools. The lap pool is set apart from the family pool.

Just outside the pools complex are the tot lot and adjacent grassy areas.

"In addition to the master-plan's amenities, Toll Brothers homeowners and their guests have this special Clubhouse setting for their own social, recreational and sporting activities. We invite the public to experience the Toll Brothers at Inspirada lifestyle during our open house," said Dan Wright, Toll Brothers senior project manager.

Toll Brothers at Inspirada features sixteen decorated models are now open for on-site viewing. Twenty floor plans are offered. Prices start from the upper $100,000s.
