Toll Brothers will host behind-the-scenes tours of homes under construction during its Toll Advantage Days, April 28- 29 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at two Summerlin locations: Fairway Hills in The Ridges and Traccia in Summerlin Centre. The tours are free and include refreshments between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Conducted by the builder’s management teams and industry experts, the public will have the opportunity to tour construction sites and learn about land planning, community design, quality construction, home technology, structural wiring, energy efficiency, new products and the latest trends in design features.
According to Gary Mayo, group president for Toll Brothers, Advantage Days is a nationwide event in educating home buyers on the construction process. “We want prospective home buyers to experience first-hand the quality of our homes,” he said.
“Toll Brothers is one of the nation’s leading luxury homebuilders, and as such, they are well qualified to educate the public on quality construction practices,” said Kevin Orrock, top division executive for The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties and developer of Summerlin.
According to Orrock, the builder has been building in Summerlin since its inception and has constructed more than 2,000 homes in the community.
“We’re pleased to be the host community for this event and hope valley residents will take advantage of the opportunity to learn about home building in Summerlin.”
