Traccia development nears closing
October 25, 2008 - 9:00 pm
Toll Brothers is nearing completion of its Balboa Collection at Traccia, a staff-gated neighborhood of single-family homes within the Summerlin master plan.
Homes still available in the Balboa Collection include three floor plans: the Sonoma, Solano and Verano. Prices start from the upper $400,000s.
The two-story, 3,151-square-foot Verano has three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and three-car garage. It provides the best use of expansive spaces -- a great room for entertaining plus a huge, second-floor master suite that includes a separate retreat, Roman tub and an oversized, walk-in closet.
The Sonoma is a three-bedroom, 21/2 bath, 2,697-square-foot plan. The circular entry foyer flows to one side into a dining room and to the other side into a living room.
A courtyard sets the scene for entertaining before guests walk through the front door. Beyond the grand foyer, there is a dining room for more formal gatherings. A first-floor bedroom has private access to the entry courtyard.
The Solano is a two-story, three bedroom, three bath, 2,876-square-foot plan. This home has a courtyard with a large kitchen space that opens to the great room.
Traccia by Toll Brothers offers a lifestyle amidst architecture, landscaping and meandering walkways. The Clubhouse features two swimming pools, tennis courts, conference facilities, a recreation room and fitness center.
To visit Traccia, from Interstate 215 North, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit at Sahara Avenue traveling west and take first right into the entrance of Traccia. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information call 304-9740 or visit Tracciabytollbrothers.com.
