Tuscan Cliffs homes offer courtyards for versatility

Outside is the new in at Tuscan Cliffs in Southern Highlands. The courtyards are functional on their own or as extensions of the home. "They are easily accessed through our signature disappearing glass doors," Evon said. "They can become extensions of the dining room, living room or even kitchen. For example, by opening the dining room to an interior courtyard, you could seat more than 20 people for a dinner party. Imagine how dramatic that would look with half of the guests sitting inside and half sitting under the stars with a quiet waterfall in the background. It is a perfect setting."

Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
