Tuscan Cliffs semi-custom homes offer distinct, varied entertainment options

Showcased in the Villa de Giovanni model home, Tuscan Cliffs' game room is by far its most popular entertainment room, according to Evon. In the Villa de Giovanni, we show a media alcove with surround sound and an oversized, flat-screen television, a custom poker table, a putting green, a fully equipped bar with seating and a conversation area near the balcony."

Tuscan Cliffs offers complete home theatre, showcased in the community's Villa de Gabriella model home, featuring multi-level theatre seating, a theatre quality sound system and a wall-sized screen. Three of the development's four homes offer wine cellars or wine storage space. In the Villa de Rafael model home, the lower level of the casita is shown as a wine grotto, complete with a wine cellar and tables for tasting.

Ranging from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet, each Tuscan Cliffs' home also offers a master suite with a separate retreat, an extensive rear patio, central courtyard and common areas. All of Tuscan Cliffs' home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Base prices start in the low $1 millions.
