Tuscany Village combines incentives with home prices starting at $159,990
July 9, 2010 - 11:00 pm
Dunhill Homes is offering free upgrades with all new homes sold in Tuscany Village.
"Dunhill Homes decided to offer it all: reduced pricing, free incentives and 3 percent back towards closing costs when using our preferred lender. The lower pricing alone is an average of $25,000. When you add in the value of the free upgrades and closing costs, you could save up to an additional $10,000," said Michael Blevens, sales agent at Tuscany Village.
Pricing for Dunhill's nine floor plans in Tuscany starts at $160,000. The Pesaro and Zanetti collections have premium home sites available, including those with pool-size lots and views of the mountains, city and Tuscany golf course.
"Dunhill Homes has created the perfect community, where residents get a 24-Hour guard-gated entrance, multimillion dollar community center, swimming pools, golf course and even 50 channels of cable television for just $165 per month in association dues." Blevens said. Tuscany has no additional special improvement district or local improvement district fees.
Tuscany's new incentives include free upgrades on kitchen countertops, appliances and kitchen cabinets.
"We are providing new home buyers with slab granite on the countertops, islands and breakfast bars if they have them," Blevens said.
"(The builder is offering) General Electric appliances, including a microwave. And we are upgrading the stain on the beech wood kitchen cabinets to match your kitchen colors. Four shades including ebony, sugar beet, wiley brown and mocha will help tie the colors of your kitchen together with these beautiful hues."
Dunhill Homes offers nine floor plans in the collection, ranging from 1,264 to 2,700 square feet. Zanetti's single-story plans all include a cooking island.
Residence 1705 in Zanetti includes vaulted ceilings and a front porch, kitchen nook, pantry and square kitchen island. It also features three bedrooms and two baths. The third bedroom can be converted to a home office.
Tuscany's 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, a full work-out facility, an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.
A centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr., a 6,906-yard, par 72 course.
To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to Tuscany, turn left on Mohawk Drive to the main entrance. Tuscany's sales office is located in the La Vita Tuscana recreation center and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily
