Tuscany Village readies new recreation complex
Tuscany Residential Village, a master-planned community in Henderson, will soon open La Vita Tuscana, a recreation complex on four acres that includes a 35,000-square-foot indoor facility.
La Vita Tuscana's indoor amenities will include a fitness center, billiards room, full-length basketball court, two handball/racquetball courts, meeting rooms, a multipurpose/craft room, locker and sauna rooms, kitchen and card room.
The facility's exterior grounds will include four tennis courts, a large lagoon pool and separate lap pool, play area and picnic area.
The swimming pool area is fully landscaped with mature palm trees and includes several patios and ramadas.
"La Vita Tuscana will give the residents of Tuscany Residential Village a world-class facility with amenities that will rival those found at some of the best spas in the world," said Kathy Sparling, La Vita Tuscana's manager.
Seven model home communities, comprising 22 models and more than 33 floor plans, are now open at Tuscany Residential Village.
Prices begin in the $200,000s.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
