Stars of "True Blood" and "Twilight" stars joined forces Saturday at the Halloween party at Tao inside The Venetian. From left: Sam Trammel and Rutina Wesley from HBO’s "True Blood"and Kellen Lutz and Ashley Greene of "Twilight." Lutz and Greene hosted the Tao event and were joined by TV vampire counterparts. Wesley grew up in Las Vegas with her tap dancing father and showgirl mom. Wesley, 24, attended Las Vegas Academy. She and Briana Evigan of "Sorority Row" were spotted at Tao Beach earlier in the day.
