Walker to visit Las Vegas Tuesday

Republican presidential candidate Scott Walker will be in Las Vegas on Tuesday. It‘s his first campaign stop since the Wisconsin governor announced Monday he is running for president. Walker‘s campaign event starts at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, and he gives remarks at 11:15 a.m. at Red Rock Harley-Davidson, 2260 S. Rainbow Boulevard.

For Walker, it‘s the start of a swing of early voting states that includes stops in South Carolina, New Hampshire and Iowa.

Walker is running in a crowded field of more than a dozen GOP presidential candidates. The Democratic front-runner is Hillary Clinton.
