William Lyon sells townhomes in Summerlin

If you’re seeking the convenience of townhome living, West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards by William Lyon Homes offer many options in Summerlin.

West Park Villas features four two- and three-story floor plans ranging from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Floor plans offer as many as four bedrooms, 2½ baths, walk-in closets in the master bedroom and open living/dining room areas. Select floor plans feature optional study/loft areas.

West Park Courtyards, named for its private courtyard areas, feature four two-story floor plans that range from 1,706 to 2,452 and are priced from the high $100,000s. Floor plans offer three bedrooms with as many as three baths, granite kitchen countertops, master bedrooms with walk-in closets and flexible room options, including a fourth bedroom, den, loft, retreat or exercise room.

There is limited inventory on the Courtyards with fewer than five homes remaining.

The neighborhoods share a centrally located park with a tot lot and swimming pool.

“Plus, townhomes typically offer great value via lower price points and encourage social interactivity with neighboring residents,” he said.

William Lyon Homes has built nearly 2,000 homes in 21 Summerlin neighborhoods since 1998.

It is recognized as one of the nation’s largest homebuilders with more than 100,000 homes throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.

Summerlin, developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., began to take shape in 1990. National and regional studies have ranked it in the country’s top 10 best-selling master-planned communities for nearly two decades.

Summerlin, which lies along the Las Vegas Valley’s western rim, encompasses 22,500 acres. About 6,600 acres remain to accommodate future growth within the master plan.

The community is home to more than 100,000 residents.

Amenities include more than 150 neighborhood and village parks, more than 150 completed miles of the Summerlin trail system, 26 public and private schools, 14 houses of worship, nine golf courses, shopping centers, medical and cultural facilities and business parks

The master plan offers three dozen actively selling floor plans.

Homes are available in a variety of styles — from single-family homes to townhomes, condominiums and lofts — priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Custom homesites in The Ridges are priced from the high $200,000s.
