Wisconsin couple choose Cozumel floor plan at Lennar’s Fiesta Park

Kerry and Ray Kaziukewicz purchased a home in Lennar's Fiesta Park neighborhood in Henderson. The couple moved from Wisconsin last year and rented until they could find a home to buy.

He works for the Clark County School District. She is a nurse at University Medical Center.

"It's a really ideal location," Kerry Kaziukewicz said. "That was a big selling point for me."

Fiesta Park is located at Lake Mead Parkway and Fiesta Henderson Boulevard, behind and overlooking the Fiesta Casino.

"We always think about resale, and Fiesta Park is like a crossroads. It is close to all of the highways," Kerry Kaziukewicz said.

"We have a larger yard here with RV parking and a three-bay garage," Ray Kaziukewicz said. "Many communities we previewed with our Realtor had very small yards. We are from the Midwest and the block walls and small yards were quite a culture shock for us."

The couple selected the single-story Cozumel floor plan with four bedrooms and two baths in 1,819 square feet. The home features a formal living room and dining room, family room with informal dining nook, and an island kitchen with bar-counter seating. The master suite features a bath with walk-in closet, garden tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.

Home prices start in the $200,000s and include granite kitchen countertops, oak cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances with refrigerator and ice maker, washer and dryer and window coverings throughout. Other features include a sliding door from the master bedroom to the rear yard.

Exterior amenities include paverstone driveways, upgraded front landscaping features and a gated entry.

The home's Energy Star features include a 13 SEER ground-mounted air conditioner and dual-pane, low-emittance windows.

Fiesta Park floor plans include four single- and two-story residences measuring from 1,819 to 3,181 square feet. Homes offer from three to five bedrooms, up to three baths and a two- or three-car garage depending on elevation.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east continuing as it becomes East Lake Mead Parkway. Or take U.S. Highway 93-95 south to East Lake Mead Parkway, turn east to Fiesta Henderson Boulevard, then south on Fiesta Henderson to the neighborhood.
