Woman puts husband up for sale on Facebook

When a Florida man forgot about Mother’s Day, his wife took action and put him up for sale on Facebook.

“He is very wonderful, very handsome, very handy,” Katie Bouyea told WPTV, but he messed up when forgetting to celebrate his wife and mother to their young children.

She said her husband, Chris, forgot to say anything or have their kids make her a card.

“For sale, best offer. Hubby who couldn’t be bothered to wish me Happy Mother’s Day or do anything special for me yesterday,” her Facebook advertisement said. “One (wo)man’s trash is another (wo)man’s treasure. Has 8 years of marriage mileage so somewhat broke in.”

The highest bid for Chris was $20.

After the post went viral, Chris apologized and his original owner took him back.
