Zephyr Ridge to hold grand opening today

Ryland Homes is hosting a grand opening celebration today at its newest Southern Nevada neighborhood. Zephyr Ridge, near the Las Vegas Beltway and Gibson Road, has one single-story and four two-story homes available in Henderson.

The single-story Hudson plan is a 2,335-square-foot home with as many as five bedrooms and as many as five baths. The home’s study can be built as a fourth bedroom and its third-car tandem garage can be built as a fifth bedroom, casita or game room. The home also includes an open kitchen with a gourmet cooking island and walk-in pantry, dining room, great room and porch and covered patio.

All four two-story homes are available with the rooftop deck option.

The Bristol measures 2,589 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a three-car garage. All three bedrooms include walk-in closets. The home’s first-floor den can be built as a fourth bedroom and second-floor loft can be built as an optional fifth bedroom. Conveniences such as a coffee bar in the owner’s suite and wet bar in the loft are also available.
