■ WINNING/LOSING PITCHER: 51s, Sean Henn (1-1); Bees, A.J. Schugel (1-4)
■ HIGHLIGHTS: At Cashman Field, Francisco Pena hit two two-run homers and Kirk Nieuwenhuis homered for the fourth straight game for the 51s (24-25), who won their second straight over the Bees (24-28) and took three of four in the series. ... Pena homered in the fourth, then went deep again to power a five-run fifth inning that gave Las Vegas a 9-5 lead. The catcher is batting .385 (10-for-26) with four homers and 10 RBIs in seven games since getting called up May 18 from Double-A Binghamton. ... Nieuwenhuis, who has homered in five of his last six games, launched a leadoff homer in the first for the 51s, who compiled nine runs and 14 hits in the first five innings off A.J. Schugel. ... Las Vegas starter Zack Wheeler gave up five runs (three earned) on four hits in four innings, with four strikeouts and three walks. The right-hander allowed two two-run homers — to Kole Calhoun in the first and Matt Long in the second. ... Omar Quintanilla had three of the 51s’ 15 hits. Wilmer Flores, Eric Campbell, Jamie Hoffman, Pena and Nieuwenhuis had two hits apiece.
