The committee was selected for the Vegas 16, a post-season men's basketball tournament that will be played March 26-30 at Mandalay Bay Events Center.

Former UNLV athletic director Jim Livengood will be the chairman of the committee that also will include former Southern California, Iowa and Washington State coach George Raveling, TV analyst Debbie Antonelli, Boulder City High School coach and MGM Resorts International basketball consultant John Balistere and tournament promoter Brooks Downing.

The field will be announced shortly after the NCAA Tournament makes its selections on March 13.
