Rain tapers off in valley as Red Rock, mountains get snow

The rain is winding down in Southern Nevada, but Clark County is under a flood watch until 4 a.m. Friday. A winter storm warning is in effect for the Spring Mountains and the Sheep Range until 4 a.m. Friday.

ROAD CLOSURES: Clark County has closed two roads because of excessive rainfall. Ranch Road in Moapa, west of State Route 168, is closed. Winnick Avenue west of Audrie Street near the Strip is also closed.
