With the opening of school and the approach of holidays, most of us become too busy to escape for long from our city lives. Tim Lam, executive director of The International School of Hospitality, and Donnell Bayot, the school’s director of academic affairs, have been elected to the board of the National Association for Catering and Events. Lam was named president-elect, and Bayot was named second vice president.
