The Clark County coroner’s office has identified a woman who Las Vegas police say was randomly stabbed to death Wednesday after an argument outside an east valley convenience store.
Monique Lane, 50, died of a gunshot wound to her neck and multiple stab and incised wounds. Her death was ruled a homicide by the coroner.
Las Vegas police made an arrest in the deadly “random” stabbing of a woman Wednesday morning in the east valley.
The stabbing occurred about 5:40 a.m. in the parking lot of Green Valley Grocery at 7121 E. Lake Mead Blvd., near Los Felix Street. A witness reported seeing the woman arguing with a man prior to the attack.
