Chase Kasday and Blake Kasday each went 3-0 in singles on Thursday to help the Bonanza boys tennis team earn an 11-7 home win over Faith Lutheran in the Mountain Region semifinals.
Stephen Dobrev went 3-0 in singles play Wednesday to lead the Faith Lutheran tennis team to a 10-8 victory over Las Vegas in a Mountain Region tournament match at Darling Tennis Center.
Arjay Angus went 3-0 in singles play Monday to lead Durango’s boys tennis team to a 10-9 victory over host Sierra Vista to open the Desert Region tournament.

Adam Bennett finished 2-0 in singles for Liberty’s boys tennis team in an 11-7 road victory over Desert Oasis.
Javonte Dorsey, Tanner Howard, and Christian Younger each finished 3-0 in singles as Eldorado’s boys tennis team earned a 13-5 home victory over Virgin Valley on Monday.
The doubles teams of Max Wolfson and Frankie Ward, and Oliver Filipovic and Franco Alvarez each went 3-0 to lead Bishop Gorman’s boys tennis team to a 12-6 home win over Foothill on Thursday afternoon.
Ogi Zekanovic and Eliseo Wao-Udin each went 3-0 in singles for the Desert Oasis boys tennis team Saturday to lead the host Diamondbacks by Tech, 12-6.
After splitting their 18 regulation sets, the teams also split six tiebreaker games, but the Diamondbacks outscored the Wolves, 34-32 in the tiebreaker games to clinch the win.
