Ronnie Allmond Jr., 28, was northbound on the 215 Beltway on Saturday when his red Dodge left the freeway near the Lone Mountain Road exit and hit a concrete bridge.
Saturday’s shooting death was the third homicide this year at a business complex in central Las Vegas. A 48-year-old man was killed outside the Stateside Lounge.
