The Palms is advancing its design of its club haven in a massive way with Kaos Dome: a see-through cover high above the Kaos pools area, connected to Kaos Nightclub.
For a night, XS Nightclub was dubbed Jurassic Park. A giant sign at Encore Beach Club flaunted that title.
Mark Ronson’s afternoon set and top-notch food highlighted NoMad Hotel’s first pool party.
The opening weekend of Kaos at the Palms was a lot like the 60-foot statue “Demon With a Bowl” that towers over the middle of the entertainment fortress’s dayclub: Imposing, impressive, overwhelming.
About 8,000 revelers poured through Kaos Nightclub’s three entrances for its industry night preview. The party raved through the early morning hours, with bucket-capped star DJ Marshmello bursting on the scene at about 1:45 a.m.
Mark Ronson is a key headliner for On The Record, which opened in late-December. He’s scheduled to DJ 12 dates this year. To find him, go to the Rolls Royce and make a left.
