The WNBA announced Thursday that its draft is still scheduled for April 17, but will be held without players guests and media in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
Angel McCoughtry returned to the United States from Russia last week and is patiently awaiting the beginning of the WNBA season while quarantined at her home in Atlanta.
The 32-year-old has played six WNBA seasons, including three games in 2019 for the New York Liberty.
The WNBA and Aces continues to assess the status of the 2020 draft and the start of training camp as the coronavirus pandemic continues.
