Five players who helped lead the Patriots to their first state championship last fall signed to play in college Wednesday.
Clark
The Clark County School District is expected to install artificial turf on 29 football fields by the end of the 2020-21 school year. Construction will be done in three phases.
Brian Lang, who won a state championship as a player at Cimarron-Memorial High, hopes to lead Clark back to that level as its coach.
RJ
Taylor Bigby began what it hopes will be a run to a record-breaking sixth consecutive Class 4A state title with an 87-12 win over Arbor View on Thursday.
