The parade beings on 4th Street at 10 a.m. Monday. This year’s theme is “Living the Dream — Together We Make the Dream Work.”

More than 400 officers will be working the event each night this weekend.
Several hundred people gathered for the latest step in the effort to reopen the historic downtown theater.
On April 7, developers will join city officials and members of the community as the theater’s marquee will be lit for the first time in about two decades.
The celebration began around 6 p.m. at the intersection of Fourth Street and Bridger Avenue.
