As the owner of the Raiders and Aces, Mark Davis has changed the trajectory of Las Vegas sports forever.

The lethargic Aces struggled to match Connecticut’s physicality and faltered in a rematch of last year’s WNBA semifinals Sunday at Michelob Ultra Arena.
Chelsea Gray had a team-high 18 points to go with six assists for Las Vegas. A’ja Wilson, Jackie Young and Dearica Hamby each scored 17 for the Aces, who improved to 2-1.
Owner Mark Davis also announced that up to 2,000 fans will be able to attend home games this season. Season-ticket holders can attend games free of charge.
The Aces lost to the Los Angeles Sparks in a closed-door scrimmage Sunday at Mandalay Bay. They were without projected starting point guard Chelsea Gray.
