Lawyers for the Las Vegas basketball standout have asked a judge to throw out his DUI and reckless driving charges in connection with a crash that killed a man.
The star UNLV basketball recruit was formally charged Thursday with felony DUI and reckless driving stemming from the Dec. 30 crash that killed a 52-year-old Las Vegas man.
