Here are the all-league and all-region teams, as selected by coaches.

Here are the Nevada Preps boys basketball rankings as of Nov. 21.
Tyler Edlefsen and Trajan Houston each won two individual events Saturday at Pavilion to lead Palo Verde’s boys swimming team to a 213-70 win over Faith Lutheran.
Allison Wiegand won two individual events on Saturday to lead Silverado’s girls swimming team to a 116-85 victory over Canyon Springs at Multi-Generational.
Arbor View’s Keith Williams led at the front of a pack of five runners early. Eventually, he managed to hold off PahrumpValley’s Bryce Odegard and Centennial’s Alexander Miller in the final quarter mile, putting in a good finishing kick to cross the line in 16 minutes and 13 seconds.
Taylor Okamura singled home Erica Hardy with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning Friday, as Coronado’s softball team edged visiting Rancho 2-1 to remain undefeated in the Class 4A Sunrise League.
Richard Mascarenas entered the game with the bases loaded and nobody out in the seventh for Durango on Friday, and got a flyball and a double play to lock down the save in a 3-2 road win over Pahrump Valley.
Lasith Narasinghe went 3-for-3 with a home run, two runs and three RBIs as Cimarron-Memorial’s baseball team scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to break a 4-4 tie and defeat visiting Shadow Ridge, 8-4 on Tuesday.
Sure enough, league play in the Class 4A Sunset Region and Class 3A starts this week, the true indicator that summer is done. Even Bishop Gorman is taking a break from irking out-of-state fanbases to play a Southwest League contest against Bonanza. (I didn’t include that game in my picks, but, spoiler alert, Gorman is going to win.)
Jack Guynn and Chase Castro both recorded a goal and an assist on the road Wednesday, as Shadow Ridge took down Faith Lutheran, 3-1.
Western’s Ellyson Reynada and Kirsten Molina each had a goal and an assist Monday, as the Warriors held off Cheyenne at home, 3-2.
Adrian Ojeda and fellow senior Robert Razo each won individual state titles at Star of the Desert Arena, helping Green Valley capture its fifth consecutive team championship at the Division I state wrestling tournament.
Eduardo Quintero-Rodriguez scored his second goal of the match with 23 minutes left to break a 1-1 tie and lift Canyon Springs’ boys soccer team to a 2-1 victory over visiting Liberty on Wednesday.
Kristi Chinn scored on a free kick, and teammate Megan Donnelly added a goal to help Faith Lutheran’s girls soccer team to a 2-0 win at Clark on Wednesday.
Jose Lopez had three goals and two assists in the second half Monday to help Spring Valley’s boys soccer team to a 5-2 win at Sierra Vista.
