Circa CEO Derek Stevens surprised the public with his announcement Wednesday that his downtown resort would open in October. The icing on the cake: the topping out.
Circa’s first five floors are set to open Oct. 28, CEO and developer Derek Stevens said. The entire 1.25 million-square-foot hotel-casino is slated to be open in December.
