Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said prosecutors are prepared to go to trial in November against Robert Telles, accused of killing investigative reporter Jeff German.

Telles, who is accused of killing Review-Journal reporter Jeff German, said Thursday that he was under surveillance in a bribery investigation before he was arrested on a murder charge.
Robert Telles is expected to argue during a court hearing on Thursday that a judge should recuse herself from overseeing his murder case because she has not acted impartially.
