Four teens arrested in connection with the fatal beating of a Rancho High student have been formally charged with second-degree murder. Also, about 100 people remembered the teen during a vigil.

Rancho High School history teacher and State Assemblyman Reuben D’Silva, D-Las Vegas, said fights happen frequently in the area surrounding the school.
Lawyers for the Las Vegas Review-Journal are discussing the agreement with Las Vegas police and prosecutors.
Fernando Sandoval Jr., 18, had faced a murder charge after a 16-year-old boy was fatally shot during a robbery attempt.
Defense attorneys filed a motion to have charges dismissed against Thomas Randolph, who was convicted in the 2008 deaths of his sixth wife and a hit man.
