Prosecutors have dropped all charges against a man accused of fatally shooting his cousin in a Summerlin restaurant in 2021.

Telles, who is accused of killing Review-Journal reporter Jeff German, said Thursday that he was under surveillance in a bribery investigation before he was arrested on a murder charge.
The defendant is accused of attacking his Filipino-American neighbor in what prosecutors alleged is a hate crime.
