Rancho High School history teacher and State Assemblyman Reuben D’Silva, D-Las Vegas, said fights happen frequently in the area surrounding the school.

Foundation Chair Beverly Rogers and Chief Executive Officer Rory Reid filed lawsuits Tuesday in First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Educate Nevada Now announced.
Kelsie Ballas filed the complaint against the Nevada System of Higher Education’s Board of Regents on June 17 in Washoe County District Court.
