A man who sexually assaulted and killed a 7-year-old girl more than two decades ago was back in a Las Vegas courtroom Thursday.

Roger Brown, the former longtime athletic director at Arbor View High School in Las Vegas, was sentenced to serve at least three years in prison for production of pornography involving a minor and sexual contact with a pupil.
Bryan Clay was formally sentenced Thursday on charges related to the murders of Ignacia “Yadira” Martinez, 38, and her 10-year-old daughter, Karla. Clay alluded to an appeal, telling District Judge Douglas Herndon, “We’re not done yet. It’s not complete.”
