The NFL is asking the high court to halt proceedings in former Raiders coach Jon Gruden’s lawsuit against the league.

The NFL claimed in recent court filings that former Raiders coach Jon Gruden had “consistently” sent derogatory emails during his time as the team’s coach.
Prosecutors are not filing criminal charges against a former Raiders player accused of pointing a gun at Park MGM valets in January.
In court documents filed Friday, former Raiders coach Jon Gruden opposed the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell’s request to dismiss Gruden’s lawsuit against the league.
Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Nathan Hobbs on Wednesday pleaded guilty to one count of careless driving, the Clark County District Attorney’s Office announced.
