Jury deliberations ended a 13th day on Friday with no verdict in the trial of a former deli worker who confessed to the 1979 killing of Etan Patz, a New York City boy whose picture was among the first to appear on milk cartons in a U.S. campaign to locate missing children.

Body found in suitcase along I-80 in Utah may be missing Las Vegas woman

Utah authorities are working with the Metropolitan Police Department to see if a female body found in a suitcase more than 400 miles north of Las Vegas is that of the woman last seen with her mother’s husband before he killed himself in November.
