The death of a man who was run over Friday by a pickup truck after a fistfight spilled into a central Las Vegas roadway has been ruled an accident by the Clark County coroner’s office.

Police say Michael Donald Stephens, 57, was walking on the 400 block of Lamb Boulevard on Wednesday when he was struck by a vehicle and dragged for about a third of a mile.
A hit-and-run driver remained unidentified Thursday, nearly a month after a 32-year-old woman was struck and killed by the driver’s car just east of the Strip.
The Clark County coroner’s office confirmed information in a police report identifying the victim as Joshua Pyzer and said the 43-year-old died of blunt force head trauma.
