Clark County School District police arrested a 16-year-old Desert Pines High School student on Tuesday for bringing a gun on campus — the first weapon seizure credited to its K-9 team.

A 17-year-old girl who graduated from Coronado High School returned to campus on Thursday and was arrested after allegedly attempting to sell marijuana, school police said.
A College of Southern Nevada student who was arrested Aug. 28 told police he worked for a rifle manufacturer.
