CCSD athletes and their parents are keeping the pressure on superintendent Dr. Jesus Jara to let them play in advance of Thursday’s school board meeting.

The NIAA has put the onus on its school districts to determine if they will allow sports to be played. Of the state’s 17 districts, only the CCSD has opted out.
Rallies were held at several Clark County School District schools as students and parents voiced support for bringing back high school sports.
