Arbor View’s Keith Williams led at the front of a pack of five runners early. Eventually, he managed to hold off PahrumpValley’s Bryce Odegard and Centennial’s Alexander Miller in the final quarter mile, putting in a good finishing kick to cross the line in 16 minutes and 13 seconds.

Running in just her second race for the Jaguars, Jazmin Felix bested a field of 129 runners to win the UNLV Invitational at Craig Ranch Park on Saturday.

Four of the top five placers at Saturday’s 3-mile Red Rock Invitational Sunset Meet at Floyd Lamb Park were members of Centennial’s girls cross country team, and the Bulldogs cruised to a victory with 19 team points.
