A judge on Thursday rejected a motion arguing that a former Las Vegas police detective accused of shooting and killing her former son-in-law was wrongfully imprisoned.
Cierre Wood, 28, and the girl’s mother, Amy Taylor, 26, both face a charge of first-degree murder along with 20 counts of child abuse.
