The Clark County Citizen Review Board has dismissed a complaint made by former county public administrator Robert Telles against the Metropolitan Police Department.
Prosecutors have dropped all charges against a man accused of fatally shooting his cousin in a Summerlin restaurant in 2021.
The Review-Journal objected to a closed-door hearing between prosecutors and Robert Telles to disclose discovery information because it was unclear if the file contained newsgathering materials from slain reporter Jeff German.
One of two men who had previously faced capital punishment in connection with a 2017 double homicide was sentenced to prison.
