Two teenagers suspected of killing a retired police chief who was mowed down while riding his bike along a northwest valley road will face trial as adults, judges ruled Wednesday morng.
The Las Vegas man accused of carrying out a fatal mass shooting at a Southern California church will remain in custody without bail, a judge ruled Friday.
A prosecutor said Mason Dominguez suffered a cut to his left eye; bruising on his torso, abdomen and extremities; and abrasions “throughout his head.”
In the past two years, Clark County prosecutors have charged eight people with murder in connection with fatal overdoses. They are part of a national trend.
