Disciplinary action followed the in-custody death of an unarmed Black man who repeatedly told Las Vegas police “I can’t breathe,” the Review-Journal has learned.
The death of a 50-year-old man, who died in Las Vegas police custody after he was stopped for riding his bike without safety lights, was ruled a homicide Thursday by the Clark County coroner’s office.
