Shawn McDonnell and Kayleigh Lewis will join McDonnell’s brother, Christopher, in Clark County after the suspects were separated following their capture in rural Arizona.
“I would compare the crime spree to a Bonnie and Clyde situation,” Clark County’s district attorney told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “It’s incredible how many people they shot at.”
The death of a man who was shot by Henderson police officers in December was not disclosed by the city’s police department until this week.
A man believed to have been shot in a robbery during a drug deal a week ago in Henderson has died, and two suspects have been arrested, police said.
Clark County saw its most drastic drop in homicide investigations in at least a decade last year, down 33 percent from the previous year.
