Police found the 56-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound after receiving a report of a shooting early Tuesday in the central Las Vegas Valley.
The family of a 60-year-old man who was killed by a Pershing County sheriff’s deputy has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court.
The Clark County coroner’s office said he died of a gunshot wound to the abdomen. His death has been ruled a homicide.
